If I had to rate them from one to 10, they would get a 15. Our experience was exceptional from the front desk to the nurses to the nurse practitioners. My mom got hurt and we had been dealing with her wound, which was very stressful for our family. Being we are not in the medical field. Never got call back, Patti claimed to have called several times, my husband s phone, my phone, even said she tried my house...which I have a recorder! No missed calls from there on any of our phones!
