Yet again after repeatedly raising formal concerns and complaints the carer who visited my 93 year old Mother today left her sitting in wet clothes in a wet chair instead of taking her to the toilet and changing her incontinence pad pants. Had I not gone in she could have been like this for hours or all day until my next visit . Very dissatisfied with the level of care this one carer dispensed or doesn’t give consistently and managers simply say they have no one else to send us due to poor staffing levels . Very poor.
