We've been working with Kelvin and the team for a couple of months and they've been fantastic on our new house design. We're excited to continue the project and will provide an update as we progress!
It was such a great experience building with HRK. They delivered the product as promised without any delay. It is such a friendly and efficient team who incorporated the work from architect design, development application, and build. We are very happy with the outcome and looking forward to working with HRK in the very near future.
HRK is truly the most patient and professional team I’ve ever worked with. Whether it was lighting design or interior color coordination, they provided highly professional advice. Every step from design to construction was meticulously planned, with especially impressive quality control during the construction phase. Their track record is solid, and warranty matters were also handled with great care. Overall, the user experience was excellent.
Done some construction for a couple of sites, nothings engineered properly or was passed illegally Many of the brick work and foundation is either out of level or just not plumb The builders on site are a “just get it done” without the proper means of any sustainability of the property being built. Don’t look at how nice the house is finished because being apart of the foundation build… I wouldn’t bother
