Dealt with Tom all the time caught him in his bad mood and he was rude actually kick me out of the lot, but catch him in his good mood and you'll be treated differently he can be really nice I was looking for a MACK 13 speed trans but end up getting Eaton 13 speed for $1300.00 for the whole conversion he even walk me through the whole process and he started the warranty the day I finish the truck. What a terrible place. The guy that “buys” semis is one of the worst people I ever talked to. What a joke. Trying to sell a semi and wouldn't even talk to us. Hung up the phone once because i was unsure of a price and just looking for an offer. Then called back and asked why he hung up and was told hes not paying a number i threw out, didn't negotiate, and just complained on the phone and then hung up again. What a terrible company. We will remember that next time you pick something up here.
