Managed very well
Just like other reviews, cannot get into contact with anyone beside property manager, which does no good. Poorly managed and maintained property. Was brand new when I moved in and so sad to see it gone downhill in just four years. Sent multiple emails trying to reach higher ups and have never received a response.
Incompetent management at HRI’s Hyatt hotel in Indianapolis. GM and front office manager constantly make excuses to avoid guests and rather shove a helpless yet overworked supervisor to solve issues. Rooms are low quality service with bed bugs. Overpriced and poorly managed by unqualified male buffoons.
