Water heater was shooting water out of the top. Tech didn't state what was wrong with the water heater other than it was shot and couldn't be fixed. He provided a quote of $4700 to replace the water heater along with reventing. So I paid a $129 service fee for a $4700 quote to later find out the cold water intake pipe just needed replaced.
Big game hunters. Came over, collected $130.00 and did nothing. Suggested a new main water line instead of installing a faucet. Unless you like being used as a cash cow for some greedy company, I suggest you go anywhere but here.
Excellent and friendly professional service. Replaced a defective toilet tank gasket on a relatively new toilet that was under warranty at no charge. The plumber explained the problem and repaired the toilet in quick order. Great service. Thank you HRI.
