Friendly workers, explained everything. Overly expensive, but appointment was made in good time. Needed done asap and they provided.
I had a very good experience with HRI Plumbing, and technician Jake today. Pretty much all plumbing fixes are pricey and stressful, so I was expecting that. They got someone out to me same day, which I'm sure was difficult for them. Jake was very nice, thorough, and patient. He politely answered all my many questions, and explained the situation and options to me. Knowing I was not made of money, he found a small discount or two that he could give me that helped a lot.
