I cold called this guy Gary 8 months ago, in attempt to sell my finish carpentry services. After about 6 months of calling him, he finally decided to give me the opportunity to bid on a job. For some odd reason he wanted me to provide workers comp, general liability and a w9 months BEFORE he was even ready for me to walk a job. I already had it. So no problem. However very odd.
