If you are considering renting from HRH Real Estate Services or working with Renee Engelen, please do your research first. I had over $7,500 stolen from my security deposit through fake move-out charges. A quick look at their history shows I’m not the only one she has done this to; it seems to be a standard business practice for them. I will be seeing them in court. Do not trust this company with your money.

I have been a tenant with HRH Real Estate Services and Renee Engelen for nearly a year, and my experience has been egregious. On the first day of moving in, the refrigerator door was left unassembled and fell on me, injuring my shoulder. Only three days later, a water leak issue began—clearly a pre-existing problem that was never addressed before my tenancy.
