What a beautiful area, our family had a great time during our stay. We had personal chefs make fabulous meals, we had wonderful excursions and explored the culture and landscape. We also had a night out with drinks and dancing! Yurgen was a wonderful concierge and made sure we enjoyed every moment. I would recommend these rentals for anyone looking for a great time! Oh and if you don't want to leave the resort area everything you need is within golf cart distance. Side note that furry bundle in the trees is a sloth!
I rented a Montebello and Bella Vista condo from HRG and both units were exceptional. Each condo was very large, well appointed, with views of Herruda Bay and/ or rainforest. Beach Club access is a must. My point of contact for HRG was Jordan Hernandez who was extraordinarily helpful with everything, including restaurant reservations, golf carts, cleaning services, drivers to Jaco, general questions about the area, etc etc. Jordan was exceptional.
Another great experience with HRG Vacation Rentals in Los Sueños. Jordan was the ultimate concierge; attentive, kind and professional. He ensured prompt service when a few small issues arose during our stay. He represents the best in hospitality management.
Amazing vacation. Fishing, golf, and ATVs - all excellent and would recommend for everyone. Condo was awesome. Very clean, modern, convenient, with full kitchen and laundry. Complex including golf, marina, and shops/restaurants was very safe and gated. Concierge staff was very professional, always available, and attended to everything we needed. 10 out of 10 for the whole experience.
