The gross incompetence of this team is astounding. No follow up after intake over a month ago, despite several phone calls and a couple of voice-mails. I am in awe at the lack of communication and follow-up. Please do not seek care here.
It comforting to know that this service is available for the roseland community this is a gem.
If u want the help u can get helped but b don't expect if they don't help u is cuz u don't want the help.
Really needed help and the lady that answered the phone was very very dismissive of my issues and very unprofessional! She only listened to part of what I was telling her and said she couldn’t help. So sad and very disappointing.
