Curtis was great! Quick and efficient service. Very professional. Decent prices. He was able to resolve my issue and get my AC back up and running same day that I called. Very much appreciated.
We just had a new unit installed! Lenny took his time when he came to look at everything and explained everything to us. He was able to fit us in so quickly and Curtis and his crew did an amazing job. Highly recommend!
I cannot recommend HDR Heating and Cooling enough! On January 4 of this year I had a fire in my HVAC system outside. It was really scary and eight firetrucks showed up on my little tiny cul-de-sac. To say that it was somewhat traumatizing is an understatement. I am a disabled, senior citizen and I had no experience with house fires or replacing a major unit like an HVAC system. Lenny and his assistant were fantastic. They were quick to respond to my concern. They took time to diagnose the problem (which was nothing🤦🏻♀️- I just have a heat pump). I wasn’t charged for the visit since there was nothing to fix!
Called at 8am and my heat was working again before noon. Fast and friendly, Curtis was quick to find out issue and provide me with the solution and repair. Would absolutely recommend.
