They just run around and hope you'll give up and take your money. If i could avoid this company I would.
give them a receipt from the hospital and they say it's not enough info to reimburse, even when it's just $20 as partial payment for an office visit. They want receipts for your 5 dollar medicine copay- like, what do you think i'm buying from a specialty pharmacy? They just run around and hope you'll give up and take your money. Almost always an aggravating experience to deal with this company
I would not recommend this company. They regularly mail checks to the incorrect address and create serious issues with healthcare providers. A simple google search by their team would reveal correct addresses, but they can't seem to get it together. I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere.
This company is awful. I can not get in because they will not acknowledge my user name. Called customer assistance and got no help other than to tell me that their coders are working on it. Such a Scam
