Nightmare for several reasons listed below. We started out with the owner Joe showing up and selling us the job..... all rainbows and unicorns... The job was bid at a reasonable price compared to others. We planned the start date and he stated that it would take two to possibly 3 weeks to finish. Be wary of trusting HRC with a project. They sold us on a white glove professional installation. What they executed was bottom of the barrel subcontractors who produced a minimally viable product. We paid a lot of money for a bathroom remodel and flooring installation. When we asked them to fix part of the flooring install (a fraction of the total price) because of LVP tile separation within 6 months of install, they put the blame on us and wanted to charge us again to correct the problem. Bathroom remodel done poorly with terrible communication to boot. Installed 3 different types of tile (matte, gloss and a darker white). They also tried to gaslight me into thinking the shower seal was why the shower was leaking when in reality, they didn’t slope the shower ledge correctly. They had to come back and ruin the newly installed baseboards to re-install. The tile in the shower was installed crooked and they didn’t bother to grade the bottom of the shower so water just pools there. I’m relieved that we’ve since so... read more
