I wanted to wait and let the initial emotions settle before giving my review. I had been wanting to remodel my master bath for a while and of course the struggle to find someone willing to give a quote, reply to you, or even come see the job is mind boggling. Nightmare for several reasons listed below. We started out with the owner Joe showing up and selling us the job..... all rainbows and unicorns... The job was bid at a reasonable price compared to others. We planned the start date and he stated that it would take two to possibly 3 weeks to finish. Job started on March 23rd and our current kitchen was demolished. That went well except for picking up Nails in the garage and driveway after they left (over a dozen)... Be wary of trusting HRC with a project. They sold us on a white glove professional installation. What they executed was bottom of the barrel subcontractors who produced a minimally viable product. We paid a lot of money for a bathroom remodel and flooring installation. When we asked them to fix part of the flooring install (a fraction of the total price) because of LVP tile separation within 6 months of install, they put the blame on us and wanted to charge us again to correct the problem.
