Receptionist was not helpful, asked for email address before giving any information and didn't give clear information until I had to ask to be clear. Cutting the conversation by telling what to do and followed be "Okay? Thank you" Either lazy or full of attitude I feel sorry for the company. We were planning to go because it is close to our house but after talking to her, we changed our minds. (10.45 am on 12/19/23)

My first visit with Dr. Potter was in September of 2019. After having a miscarriage, my husband and I were very hopeless. Refuses to be transparent in pricing! They want you to invest several hundred dollars in a consult, before giving you a general idea of cost of any treatment. I called and the coordinator informed me that she didn’t know the costs of certain fertility optionsI specifically asked about. I then asked to speak with one of the financial coordinators, she told me she didn’t know if one was available but she would transfer me. I was uncomfortable with the continued abnormalities in my ears, but the doctor gave me a sense of trust because of professional knowledge, and he knew the exact cause and prescribed medicine, so I'm almost completely cured. Thank you for your thorough hearing test. All the people on the job were very kind.
