Meet the Business Owner Robert B. Business Owner Hello and welcome to HRB Small Engine I am sole owner and worker here and sometimes my friends stop buy to help me out. My work load gets out of control in the spring and summer months so patience is greatly needed during these times. As a small shop I cant afford to hire more help in order to keep prices down, but I will give you an honest repair and try to keep prices down! Great service. Have taken tiller and weed trimmer there for fixing and have done a great job, everything just as they quoted. Very knowledgeable. Only bad thing is parking.
My name is Robert and I am the owner and I honestly think that I treat everyone fair. If the cost to repair is greater then replacement I will tell you up front. I charge a deposit because I am a small shop And I use the money to get parts plus too many times I have been left holding a piece of equipment that nobody wants. I took a small engine to HRB. The gentleman at the desk sort of spoke English and said he didn't do repairs on my engine. I showed it to him and he said 'oh ya I can work on that'. Over a week passed and I heard nothing. I called and was told that he worked on it but couldn't get it started. Interesting since I started it in front of him. He said 'okay, let me try again'.
