So I have been going to this office since October for horrible stomach issues let just say I cannot stay out of the bathroom. I have been seen like 3 or 4 times I have made my co pays I was so happy finally Feb 4th I had a upper GI and in March A lower GI well I get a phone call today saying they do not take my insurance, are you kidding me!!! Doctor talks way too fast and you can't understand him, he'll ask questions you've already answered and he'll do this multiple times, almost like hes trying to confuse you. You get the impression he really doesn't care.
After my colonoscopy Dr. Simonian scheduled a follow-up appointment for me stating he would be meeting with me at that time with biopsy results. On the day of my follow-up appointment I sat in the waiting room for 1 1/2 hours before be called back to a room. As I was sitting there I saw Dr. Simonian talk with the receptionist several times. He was in no hurry to see patients. When I was walking back to the exam room I passed a person (later found out he is Lino Lamb, his PA). Husband Just got out from a colonoscopy. The whole process went perfect. :) From initial presentation to scheduling to nurses to doctors too everything went great. If you gotta get it done, you might as well get it done here. Everyone was very, very nice. :) Good job! :)
