Not a bad place to load at all. The only negative is that it’s on a dead end street and there is almost no room to turn around. You have to pull into the business on the other side of the driveway to be able to back into the dock. If you’ve driven in Chicago at all, then you’ll have no problem at all. The guys in the warehouse are super cool. I got there and my paperwork was on the wall. The guys were having their lunch, but stopped to load me anyway: this I thought was the coolest thing. Id like to say that H&R is one of the best companies but it seems they like the rest of the worlds companies, have gone downhill. I spoke with a customer service rep today who rightfully informed me that ride quality is subjective. The problem here is when you have had 5+ cars with springs from H&R , 6+ cars with Coilovers, 5+ with Air ride systems. Never in my life have I complained about a lowered car and feeling everything. I put springs in my new 2023 Audi A3 about 6 months ago and OMG it SLAMS things that should NEVER b... read more

i'm not highly knowledgeable on these parts, so when i needed to make mods to my car, i called H&R asking about wheel spacers. they spent an extensive amount of time explaining the process, the product and how to best meet my needs. fantastic customer service.
