HR Pharmaceuticals provides a very clean and organized workplace. The management is top-notch, creating an environment where employees feel valued rather than just being a number. Personally, I regret not discovering this workplace sooner; it's a great place to work.

Ask you to work 3pm-12am with only a one time 20 minute break.. The management staff and HR department were very discriminatory against the hispanic workers demanding that they only spoke english in the work place. this place doesnt value their workers, which is probably why they cant keep any.

I worked there for 4 years in 2017. I liked the work and the environment, the owner of the company is a nice and good person. But everything has changed since he retired and left his children in charge of the company, they do not value the people who really work, they treat you badly as if you were garbage and if you are not a friend of the owners, even worse. If you want advice, don't go there. It's the worst company in York County.
