Called up with a view of ordering a new Granturismo and buying a used one they have in stock as a stopgap. Three times I called during a weekday afternoon, and three times nobody picked up the phone, going to an answering machine. No way in hell am I giving a penny's custom to a business that can't even pick up the phone in the middle of the day to take enquiries! Pathetic!
To be clear my issue is with the Maserati Levante diesel rather than this particular dealer. Beware…. This vehicle is not suitable should you do lots of short journeys Oil changes will be required every 12 to 16 weeks or so and can only be carried out through the dealership at an eye watering cost for an oil change Service schedule is also compromised by short journeys usage and could be as low as 8000 miles rather than the quoted 12500 miles Maserati customer care simply say all of my experience is as a result of me taking ... read more
