I don't recommend them. We agreed on the car and price. The next day, they sold the car to someone else without informing me. Unprofessional.
Fully recommend HR Motors. I was busy, but had a spare 45 minutes. I pulled up, asked how quickly I could get a test drive. Within 2 minutes I was down the road. Prab is a very respectable person to do business with - no pressure, very professional, extremely efficient, great communicator and offers ongoing support. Hands down my best experience with a car dealership. Prabhat is a friendly salesman that is knowledgeable and not pushy. HR Motors really went out of thier way to ensure my new car was in the best condition possible for pickup, including replacing all 4 tyres for free as it was found they were developing cracks. I feel well looked after and was encouraged to call back should I have any issues with my new car. Thank you HR Motors!
This has been the first time we were buying a little car and using a dealership. We had no idea what we were looking at as we have always had utes. Wonderful customer service and very helpful. Explained everything to us. Car we got had a small problem (not there fault) and I rung straight away. No problems and has been fixed right away also said if anything alce happens that we would be looked after.
