Hector becomes unresponsive once the check clears. He does not return calls, emails, nor texts. His labor force is having a tough time getting paid from HR Design. Frankly, we feel as if someone stole from us. BUYER BEWARE!!!
Something very fishy about Hector. We met with him in August for a total gut job of our house. His work was amazing and made us feel very comfortable with the project. The positive reviews on Google convinced us to use him. He even reached out while we waited for architectural plans to express his continued interest in the project. Our family hired Hector and HR Design and Build for a bathroom remodel based on prior reviews and a personal referral. He took our initial deposit and since then; has been unresponsive, unethical, and unprofessional. Simply, Hector has defrauded our family of our hard earned money. He is a liar and a thief and I warn anyone that reads this; do yourself a favor and hire someone else.
Hector is unresponsive for weeks at a time. He then fabricates excuses and strings people along. His inability to perform the work agreed upon leads me to believe he is a fraud and a conman. Once the deposit clears; he will never shows up again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
WARNING: SCAM ALERT The positive reviews are the reason we decided to move forward with Hector. However, for the past month, he has been unresponsive, dishonest, and has completed virtually none of the promised work we paid for. We are not the first ones he has taken the money and ran from. Do not use this company. You have been warned.
