Update: it is 3 months later and all they have done is try to convince my credit card company to let them keep my money. Everything they said in this response was all lies. Zero attempts to right this have been made.... I am very disappointed with h and r . Rodger is a total let down who misrepresented parts. He then says that I agreed to the deal, but it was misrepresented. The manager then wouldn't talk to me by phone, and he believed everything his man told him. They took me for 22k as of this moment and tell me no refund... read more

The manager then wouldn't talk to me by phone, and he believed everything his man told him. They took me for 22k as of this moment and tell me no refunds until I pay to ship the stuff across the country. Not good beware.
