My previous HRblock tax agent moved so I came here. i paid $212 for a $289 return. Tax accountants aren't very helpful like their colleagues at pacific pines. My tax accountant required constant feedback on workflow and logistics from her colleague. I highly doubt mine was done correctly. This is the first time I've had an unpleasant tax return service. Paying for expert management and advice, and receiving pre populated deductions that aren't reviewed properly. Waste of time and money.

If you worry about your tax return like I do, you should go to Elena at the Nerang office. She clearly explains any item that you don't understand and gets you the maximum rebate. Highly recommended.
