Do NOT recommend. They take forever and do not return messages until you raise your voice. Come to find out they completely messed up our 2024 state taxes. Got a refund from state when I should have paid. I even asked if that was correct as I am self employed. The accountant said it was correct. Now I have to deal with big mistake Will be going elsewhere next year. The stress is not worth the huge bill they give

Do not recommend. Made an appointment to drop my tax documents off on February 1st. Upon arrival, I was told that it would take 3 days max for everything to get filed and that I’d get updated once it was complete. A month goes by and I never heard any update. I had attempted to call multiple times and never had a call returned by my tax specialist (Phyllis Baker).
