I had the worst experience with Mia. I requested to work with Mia based on the reviews and comments. Don't trust the comments. Mia was not responsive at all. I requested a video chat, but never got one. She only called me once to say she can't do a video chat. Stated she will review my info and get back to me. Didn't hear anything for two weeks.
