not happy being charged almost $500 to prepare our 2019 taxes. We had no idea we would be charged this much to prepare the taxes. We do not own a business or require any extra work. Unacceptable. And when we questioned it with the guy who checked us out (not our accountant), he was very flippant when we questioned him about the charge. We will not be using them again.
Details about the refund advance weren’t made clear during tax preparation. I wouldn’t have paid all that money to have my taxes done if I wasn’t able to get the advance. Could have used turbo tax like the past 5 years for a quarter of the cost. HIGHLY disappointed.
