I had an excellent experience at H&R Block, and I want to specifically thank Joelle and Jenna for their outstanding support. Both of them were extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.
The office ladies are awesome—from front desk to tax pros! Front desk Joelle was extremely helpful, welcoming, and organized. As for the tax pro Jana, she was very friendly, and made what can usually be a stressful experience feel easy and comfortable. Highly recommend working with this team!
I recently filed my taxes and Jennifer was more than helpful. She took the time to explain everything and answered my many questions. I cannot recommend it enough. Be sure to ask for Jennifer! 10/10!
Filed my Taxes with H & R block for the 3rd year in row, I was helped by Rumbi, she was an amazing lady explained to me things I didn't understand in detail and was very patient with me.
