I had a wonderful experience today filing my taxes with Pauline. She was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I got the best return possible. Victor, who oversees this location is a class act and the only reason why I still file with H&R Block. Exceptional people over there.
Dina Patel is still a star however for a company that boasts 7billion $ in sales,HR Block should be embarrassed by the shoddy kiosk in the middle of an aisle with very little privacy for the customers or employees! Let's get professional HR ! Shame.
Toronto Eaton Centre h&r block 220 young street has the worst service I have ever got in my life i would never even recommend this place to someone i dislike i had to come in 2 days in a row and spent a total of 8 and a half hours before i even got my money The representatives there are supposed to be professionals, but all they do is Argue and give you excuses I’ve never seen so much unprofessionalism In my entire life they also made me go back and forth to two different locations in one day I don’t think I will be going ba... read more
