Rude and horrible english
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received on tuesday. The tax manager I spoke with Ovidiu Palivan was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. I went to the 655 Dundas street east location on sunday and was told to come back during the week to speak with a manager regarding my account from last year. Last year I was promised the insta return with no fee from Zakaria El Sheikh from the 7 Shuter St location.
