I booked with this location twice through their online booking service went in person and both times it was closed!!! No follow up from anyone, left a voicemail and nothing!! Super super unprofessional and disappointing.
I filed 2023 tax return with Anna Kim. At the start itself there were a lot of mistakes right from my birthday, she swapped dates and months. And finally after filing, She said I will start receiving carbon rebate in 2 months. But I didn't receive any and received a letter from CRA that there are some issues in the entered information, so when I went to this location during the off- season it was closed. Branch manager Zakaria is amazing this was the 2nd time he has done taxes for my mother . This year my mother had a form that was not usual but he went above and beyond to try to find out the correct information! He is amazing, very kind ! Thank you Zakaria! We will be back next year for sure !
