I filed 2023 tax return with Anna Kim. At the start itself there were a lot of mistakes right from my birthday, she swapped dates and months. And finally after filing, She said I will start receiving carbon rebate in 2 months. But I didn't receive any and received a letter from CRA that there are some issues in the entered information, so when I went to this location during the off- season it was closed. Branch manager Zakaria is amazing this was the 2nd time he has done taxes for my mother . This year my mother had a form that was not usual but he went above and beyond to try to find out the correct information! He is amazing, very kind ! Thank you Zakaria! We will be back next year for sure !

Zak at 7 Shuter St was amazing this year. We dropped off three taxes packages and he had them done on time. We were very pleased with the result and the cost.
Waited 45 mins passed my appointment time just to be told they've triple booked my appointment time. Didn't file my taxes, wasted my time
