DO NOT GO HERE! After years of trusting the people THEY STOLE OUR ENTIRE $3200.00 REFUND! Instead of our money coming direct deposit to us, they changed the direct deposit destination to their account at Direct Commerce Bank. An online bank who do not answer phone calls or reply to e-mails. They deny this even though we've confirmed this with CRA. Weve now have had to open a case with the RCMP and persue criminal charges.
I have been using HR Block-100 University for the past 10 years - Marcia Hutson has been my tax expert since the beginning and is the primary reason why I will come back to this office always!!! Also, the reception staff are always helpful to arrange appointments etc to make my experience as efficient and friendly as possible Notwithstanding that I now live about 2 hours from downtown, I will continue returning because of the expert service! I first want to say that me and my patner scedualed onlin for an appointment and clicked the us option and it scedual us with someone who wasnt able to do us taxes, (that should have been the first red flag) and they had to call us back the day befor the appointment when they relized the mistake to scedual a new one whic is costing us time and money from work.
