My wife and I had a great consulting morning with Alek. He surpassed our expectations and allowed us a much better experience than we had last year with H&R. He was patient, clear in his explanation, and kind in his assistance, and even corrected a mistake I made when I called after our scheduled time the moment I noticed the error. We will try to make sure he is the one helping us next year as well, and hopefully he is / keeps being recognized for his great job performance.

Hexar Garcia who does corporate returns at the 2288 Princess street Kingston location and has now re-located to Gananoque East of Kingston had my files for 3 months and did nothing with them except lose several of my invoice books and receipts. We communicated by email and most of my emails he ignored. I keep all business emails. The last email i sent i said, " It's obvious you don't want to do my taxes, that's fine, can you please direct me to someone who will." He also ignored this email.
