One of the worst customer service experiences ever. On hold for hours (over 3 hours) only to get representative who said "I don't know, I am just a CALL GIRL." Absolutely no knowledge of taxes nor the products they support. And yet the questions is so very simple. This company needs to go out of business as they are a real disservice.

Got identity hacked using this company.tried calling four times.I got threw once and they put me on hold after I wanted to file a compliant and asked them what they were going to do about this problem never to answer the call again after waiting on phone for over an Hour.I will NOT ever recommend this company to anyone.EVER

Made an appointment to have my simple return done, 2 W2s. Made the appointment online with a specific tax pro, get there for my appointment and they put me with an individual to get experience. This simple review took over 1.5 hours to complete and so much for up front pricing, I was charged $145-insane! I brought my previous years return and said I was only having them done as I didnt know how to add the Covid 19 delayed retirement distribution added. Shorted tax returns from last year still ended up owing the comptroller. This year made an appointment and got there 10 minutes early, said I would have to wait an hour because they didn't think I was coming. Terrible service and greedy.

Over priced. Been paying over $300 a year and also paid for their Tax Identity Shield protection. Got my taxes done for under $50 at a reputable provider. TIS recently sent me an email saying my TIS has been verified and my taxes have been submitter. The same day I received 2 more email stating my Federal and State tax submissions have been accepted. I just hung up the phone with them. Was on hold for the vast majority of time. Talked to one individual for about 60 seconds who had to pass me on to someone who never answered the phone. Still have unresolved questions. Will never use them or their software for anything!!

Worst experience of my life! I paid H And R block $277.00 for them to mess up my federal taxes, and they still took my ******** taxes to pay for my tax prep, when I literally authorized them to take it out my federal taxes that they messed up on! I will never use them again nor will I refer anyone to them, they mess up my federal taxes and Im still be charged $277.00 for their mess up!

If i could give 0 stars i would me and my husband have been going to H&R block for going on 12 yrs now. Well now i would never walk into another again nor would i tell someone that is the place to go. Lets start with RUDE lady that did my taxes she treated us like we were less than people. I had a very bad experience. Where do I start. I used the online tax service and the tax pro disregarded the information that I sent to her. Then the tax pro used the information from a previous tax return not from the tax return I gave her for a direct deposit. What if i did not have access to that account. I will be notifying the BBB. ****** has a 4.8 rating but BBB gives HR Block an F. YELP GIVES 1 STAR. BEWARE!!!!!!
