Traci is amazing at being straight forward and wanting to help people in the right direction for getting money back! I would choose Traci to do my taxes any year and I am going to continue seeing her! Definitely recommend seeing her and she’s helped me so much that I pretty much consider her part of my family! I called to get information about cost and the advanced refund option. I briefly shared some information to the representative on the phone who said her name was Shelley and she was extremely unprofessional. The way that she spoke to me was like I’m a child. I’m a grown adult in my 30’s. I don’t appreciate her making crude comments about how much money I’m receiving back and how it must be nice and that she doesn’t get that because her kids are all grown. It was super tacky and rude. They messed up my taxes after I told them multiple times that I needed it taken out of my return they didn't do it couldn't change and and now call me every day expecting me to pay for there screw up it's B's and I'm over it will not be going here again
