My experience with H&R Block was my first and will be my last. Worked with Steven Reilly who I reached out to in December of 2025 to get a start on discussing taxes. Was asked to call back in January which I did and then again closer to tax season which I did. He filed my taxes the day they were due, in other words I was moved last to his list even though I reached out in December. I had the worst experience here and was treated horribly by a woman who was VERY rude and very condescending. She was also texting throughout the appointment. How do I contact a Manager? When I asked her to talk to me about my paperwork (mind you I paid them $400) she said it wasn’t her job to teach me anything. I cannot believe 1. How she talked to me 2. I paid $400 for .. nothing. She also couldn’t figure out part of my return and said I can do an addendum at a later date.
I will always come to H and R block. My parents used h&r block I now use h&r block and I will follow Sylvia wherever she goes it's a wonderful wonderful experience.
