I wish there was an option of leaving a negative review. This office charged me close to $600 and then proceeded to make a several tens of thousands of dollars mistake preparing my fathers estate taxes. I specifically asked for someone proficient with Estates and Trusts when I made my appointment and was put with someone who wouldn't know how to handle an estate if his life depended on it. Terrible office!! Do not go to them. First I did my taxes online and the program screwed up 3 times so I went in to get them to do my taxes so I would not end up getting audited. The women that did my taxes was supposed to be one of the most experienced so of course she just copied what I did on my taxes and charged me $400!! She did not even take the time to look for other ways to save me money even though they had no problem raping me to get theirs. Excellent friendly & highly competent office!
Tax pros HA don't go to H & R Block especially Waltham. I had my returns done there I bring in simple return 2 W2's and one social security statement that's it and the idiot who made out my return those years couldn't even enter that right so I get notice from IRS first started with you owe 1500. I then bring it to the attention of H & R I tell them also check my return this year because same guy made out this years. Now I find out I owe a whooping 7000. My daughters went to H & R Block in Lodi to do their taxes.One daughter went two weeks ago and the other one three days ago.They both teach yet one was charged $210.00 and the second one $268.00When we went back to their office today the manager said that because my second daughter had one or two other 1099's that's why she was charged more.This is a scam.Be careful going to this particular office because it seems they can charge whatever they want without really justifying it.When my daughters were doing taxes through my pe... read more
i highly recommend this office, just make an appointment cause walk in may take awhile. most tax pros here are very seasoned and so friendly. they really go above and beyond for their clients.
