This was the first year I was using an outside tax service and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. I was nervous about the whole thing. Upon arrival to drop off my forms, Laura was super helpful and kind. She made the whole process comfortable. When I came back in, Sebastian helped me and broke down my return for me and answered any questions I had with zero judgement.
