Untrained staff, there was only 1 helpful lady that assisted me in a competent manor, The other co workers by both phone and in person shrugged their shoulders and said "I don't know," Again on the phone the lady had put me on hold 3 times and within the same hour stated I'll call you back, I could hear the phone being swapped and turned left right and centre to conclude with, " Can you please call the helpline" Seriously, they had me waiting 1 hour just to tell me that they had not got a clue about 1 simple question, This i... read more

For over 50 years, my wife did all the taxes long form.And, it seemed that every year the task to fill in the numerics became more challenging.My brother recommended H&R Block at the St. Clair location. Without going into great detail, I have to say that meeting Miss Deepali put us at ease.She was patient and very kind.Not "kind" because it's an office work thing but real kind.After creating an account and discussing our tax files she gave us an approximate completion date.She kept her word because that date arrived and she ... read more
