Unprofessional. Would not suggest this location to file tge taxes
I love doing my taxes here but It is increasingly getting expensive It used to be somewhat reasonable Now it seems to be getting a little much And the thing is my taxes always remain the same There is no changes So why is it going up so high Used to be like 120 To do your taxes which is crazy enough But I thought to myself Well at least they're being done correctly This year It was 180 dollars Almost 200 that's crazy I want to continue to go here But if it goes anymore higher I'm going to be forced to leave Due to the inflat... read more

I just completed my taxes with Rema Hewitt. I really appreciate her work, she was a top notch! Really great service, especially after I had to wait for a while with another specialist.
Untrained staff, there was only 1 helpful lady that assisted me in a competent manor, The other co workers by both phone and in person shrugged their shoulders and said "I don't know," Again on the phone the lady had put me on hold 3 times and within the same hour stated I'll call you back, I could hear the phone being swapped and turned left right and centre to conclude with, " Can you please call the helpline" Seriously, they had me waiting 1 hour just to tell me that they had not got a clue about 1 simple question, This i... read more
