Both employees I spoke to at this location were quite rude to me. I normally go to liberty tax, however the location I normally go closed. I originally went to a liberty tax down the street from this location, however discovered they did not do instant refunds. I had gone in this H&R to ask if their location did instant refunds. I came to this location specifically for Ali Saker who filed my taxes last year. He once again was quick, efficient, polite and just an absolute joy. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking to file this season.

So far year after year Maria is the only representative that’s worth talking too at this location. She’s very busy because she’s good at what she does, just a heads up. They do not have a dedicated secretary so getting through to this location, making appointments, or just obtaining basic information is very difficult. Honestly if it wasn’t for Maria then I would strongly suggest to close this location or just hire better employees along with a dedicated secretary. For the third year in a row Ali helped me and my wife with our taxes. He is knowledgeable, friendly and helps us maximize our refund. Worth the money for the peace of mind.
