Unprofessional approach
EDIT changing this to 0 stars if I could. I've emailed multiple times with no responses. If there was a staff turnover it's on them to provide back up so their clients experience no disruptions in their service.
Booked an appointment through the main H&R website. Got multiple forms of confirmation. Showed up at the office on a Tues morning only to be informed they are open only on Saturdays in January. Something is clearly not connecting between this branch and corporate. Gives me little confidence they will do a good job on my or anyone's taxes
