We are infuriated. We brought in our taxes months ago to get them done early and we still don’t have any confirmation that they are done. We were strung along for months being told we would be “updated” yet no follow up or communication. They ignore our emails and texts to get any information on the status. I was turned away as soon as I walked in because apparently I need an appointment when the door specifically says “walk-ins welcome” maybe take that off the door if it’s actually not true?? Just an idea………
Waited over 35 minutes from my scheduled appointment time with Robert, then he blamed their booking system and their customers for why he was late. Didn't seem interested in helping me at all and dissuaded me from using their service since he said it would cost me more than I would get back.
I had the worst experience today. Unpunctual. Poor costumer service skills. Poor hygiene. Please shower before you go to work. Not coming back to this location
