Still reeling from the sticker shock of their pricing. No information was given as to why it was so expensive. Did 4 returns for almost $700. Sadly this place disproved that you get what you pay for considering I paid through the nose for a basic service with no information provided by the agent who prepared them. A good reminder to not come back here, regardless of its convenient location.
Adrienne did an absolutely fantastic job on my taxes. It was the smoothest tax processing process I have ever experienced and I'm very grateful for her amazing attitude and wonderful humor which makes the whole process very enjoyable and I will continue to use Adrienne and h&r Block as my tax specialists.
I’ve trusted them with my taxes since 2021. The customer service is excellent, Ms. Priyanti was very friendly and approachable and MD I didn’t get his name clearly but he explained my tax in clear and simple way. Anyways everything was smooth and fast! Amazing definitely going back next year!
