Ken Long is the best. Need more staff like him. So knowledgeable.
Sarah was excellent - very personable and professional - and found me deductions that I did not know I could take; I would have missed them if I did my own taxes. It cost me bit more to use H & R Block, but I got a lot more back so it was definitely worth it. I also bought the Tax Identity Shield (because I have had problems with my SS# being hacked) and Peace of Mind - it's a low cost to pay to insure my tax return!
Less than 1 star- Michelle Lombardi made colossal mistakes on taxes and then made different mistakes on amended. Do NOT use. I had to hire CPA. Terrible service!
