Went to HR Block to get a refund advance. Made it very clear i was here for this. I was not told i could be denied and still end up paying for services. If i had know this i would have just filed free online and waited. Called the location explained the issue and was just blown off. Poor information and customer experience
I had an issue with my tax return from 2024 from a different firm. Tanya solved all the issues the same day and also got a bigger refund instead of owing money! Thanks
