Tax pros are great but have had multiple issues with scheduling on weekends. First time the receptionist no showed so we waited outside until our tax guy got there. The second time, we showed up and the doors were locked. About 15min later, our tax lady showed up but wasn't told she even had a tax appointment that day and had just shown up to do other work. Both people we've worked with have been great, but their scheduling needs work.
