when I filed my taxes in 2019, I thought H&R knew their s**t apparently, they do not. it 2023 and I'm still dealing with them. They do not even deserve one star. For almost 10 years my taxes were completed by HR Block in **********. I moved in Dec 2021 to ********** to be near family (pandemic). I had to use the "My Block" account this year. with my ** tax pro. It was a nightmare. 1. a W2 was left out and the tax pro never asked me what the document was. This resulted in an amendment (their mistake but my time and money), 2. I then went to an HR Block location in ************* just to have my taxes reviewed not amended. They amended them and left ou... read more
