**** * ***************** HR block guarantees that they have your back however this is false representation! I receive documentation that I did not file my 2017 taxes. However, I received a refund but the representative failed to send my completed taxes (State portion). I have been dealing with this issue for years and have yet to receive any results. Every time I call the 800 # they claim my issue has been escalated. They have no supervisors or higher ups that you can consult with. Every time I call to check on the status al... read more
