Appointment for 7 pm and I had to wait 1.30 hour. I got assistance at 8.30 pm No sorry from the lady called Clara They advertise they will get maximum refund but she didn't ask me about any expense No explanation about process She was running to get home Really bad No more !!

good refund but the accountants dont know what they r doing dont come here if u have something to do later slowest people ever. p.s. all of them barely speak english. would not recommend!
