I had an awful experience here. Due to their negligence and mistakes, I had to wait over 3 months to receive my tax refund. What’s worse is they advertise a “refund guarantee” for their tax prep fee if there’s an error on their end but when it came time to actually honor that they completely ignored it. No follow-up, no accountability, no refund. I reached out multiple times to try and get an update or resolution, but communication was either slow or nonexistent. Appointment for 7 pm and I had to wait 1.30 hour. I got assistance at 8.30 pm No sorry from the lady called Clara They advertise they will get maximum refund but she didn't ask me about any expense No explanation about process She was running to get home Really bad No more !!
Amazing
good refund but the accountants dont know what they r doing dont come here if u have something to do later slowest people ever. p.s. all of them barely speak english. would not recommend!
