I was up front with what I needed before setting up the appointment. Needed help with some back taxes. Told me they could help. Went in and again told them what I needed. They refused to help with the back taxes problem but put all their focus on the current year. Even when I told them I didn’t want them doing my current ones if they can’t do my back taxes. I met with Fauzia, a Sr. Tax Analyst at the H&R Block in Frederick, MD (April 2024). It was easy to schedule a consultation and I was amazed at her tax knowledge and ability to communicate with me in layman’s terms. She promptly, professionally and patiently answered all of my Estimated Quarterly Tax Payment questions. I agree with the other reviews, Fauzia definitely went above and beyond to help. Great experience, highly recommend!
