I engaged this H&R Block office in May 2024 to resolve a tax matter. Was greeted by a fantastic receptionist who found the right tax professional for my needs. The preparer was thorough and efficient, asking questions that my CPA never asked. We normally fill our taxes online, but this year they got more complicated than expected and we decided to use H&R Block. We came on last Sunday and the whole process was pretty smooth and nice. Anne Cinch was our Tax Advisor assigned and we were gladly surprised of her efficiency and how professionally she answered all our questions during the process. We are really happy and it was such a relief knowing that our taxes were approved and accepted. We will definitely come back next year.

Called verified pricing with Robert Snagles before filing my tax return. When I got there, was charged much higher amount. Followed up with so called Manager Victoria. She is absolutely rude, unprofessional individual. Had to repeat to her at least 5 times what I was calling about. She's useless, has no professional acumen nor ethics. This place is a scam.

Absolutely awful, Deborah Streeter apparently never filed my taxes. On top of that they’re asking me to pay the fees again after I had signed off on H&R Block to receive the returns, take their fees out and then direct deposit the rest. Not only did Deborah not actually file my taxes, they have now “lost” my banking information that I have used 4 other times with them. They are refusing to file the returns that are now late unless I pay them upfront and also apparently when they file and receive the returns to be paid twice ... read more
