I worked with Neela at this location. My experience was very negative. I bought a house this year so I wanted to work with a tax pro to dial in my returns. To start it was somewhat difficult to communicate with Neela due to English not being her first language. This is not ideal although not really the end of the world. UPDATE April 2026: These tax agents do not seem to stay for long. We are on our 4th one in less than 3 years. They tend to be a bit brusque and impersonal. Front desk staffer is friendly and helpful, though. Getting a bit pricey, paid $525 for a 1099 with very little work put in (less than an hour). They are still getting the job done, can upload docs on their website. Since they are *practically* an arm of the IRS, the returns seem to be accepted with little to no questioning. I engaged this H&R Block office in May 2024 to resolve a tax matter. Nearly twenty months later, the issue remains unresolved and has become more complicated due to repeated errors, lack of follow-through, and extended periods of non-response. Was greeted by a fantastic receptionist who found the right tax professional for my needs. The preparer was thorough and efficient, asking questions that my CPA never asked. We normally fill our taxes online, but this year they got more complicated than expected and we decided to use H&R Block. We came on last Sunday and the whole process was pretty smooth and nice. Anne Cinch was our Tax Advisor assigned and we were gladly surprised of her efficiency and how professionally she answered all our questions during the process. We are really happy and it was such a relief knowing that our taxes were approved and accepted. We will definitely come back next year.
