I have been a customer since 2010, I am extremely disappointed Himanshu Patel was extremely rude raising her voice on the phone she never greeted me very unprofessional.Patel act like she was doing me a favor I went to her in late April due to her unprofessionallism I am just now doing my taxes she didnt even bother contacting me after I thought I gave all that she needed to file it wasn't until I notice that I didnt sign any documents I reach out she than told me my papers were just sitting there I could of went to someone ... read more
Tax Advisor was polite, helpful, competent and explained return clearly.
Everything there is professional, clean, efficient. BUT, $1200 buks an hour i think is abit greedy. My taxes were a simple return. Took 15 minutes to do. $300.00??? Lesson learned 👋
