I had the best experience with Himanshu Patel at the S. Venice, Fl. Branch. While completing my tax extension, he noticed an error made by another H&R employee. Not only did he fix it, he went back two years and amended those returns. I did not even have to ask him! I now have an extra $1000 to play with. Also, I made the mistake of mailing both yearly amended returns in the same envelope, which now I realize you can’t do. I called Mr. Patel to see if I could get another copy.
