Since I’ve been working with them over the past four years, they have not been keeping track of previous records, and are adamant on telling me that I haven’t worked with them before. Did not file my taxes correctly. Got a letter from the IRS saying I owed money. Tried to call them and set an appointment to confirm they did my taxes incorrectly. Set an appointment at the wrong location and would not answer or help me. She flew through my taxes in a few minutes which was a red flag as I had multiple W-2s and multiple states along with other tax forms.
